Architectural Excellence

WillScot Mobile Mini delivered 84 modular FLEX office buildings, carefully arranged into place around state-protected 100' tall Torrey pine and Eucalyptus trees with the use of a crane. The modern offices were configured into three two-story office building structures, connected by walkways and stairs. Additionally, the offices were outfitted with The Essentials, including furniture, restrooms, private workstations, conference rooms and lunchrooms to help the construction workers stay organized and focused on meeting their deadlines.

Technical Innovation & Sustainability

In order to fit the desired office space onto the customer’s tight jobsite, WillScot Mobile Mini delivered FLEX mobile offices, a versatile workspace that can be arranged side-by-side or stacked up to two stories. After several site visits and mapping of the area, each of the 84 FLEX offices was strategically lifted into place by a crane so as not to damage any state-protected trees, historical stone figures or roads, a unique problem that called for an innovative and flexible solution.

Cost Effectiveness

With WillScot Mobile Mini as the sole modular provider on the project, the customer was able to get office space, storage containers and office furniture all within their budget from one supplier, helping them avoid outside fees and hassle. They were also able to cut down on energy costs with the help of motion-activated LED lighting and faster build time.
