Yale University's athletic department in West Haven, CT embarked on a renovation journey for their football and track facilities. To ensure uninterrupted operations, they opted for temporary structures. Mobile Modular, renowned for their expertise, provided seven distinct modular units tailored to Yale's needs, ranging from locker rooms to therapy spaces. These structures, spanning 18,368SF across 29 floors, seamlessly integrated into the campus landscape for a 2-year lease period. Mobile Modular’s collaboration with Consigli Construction ensured the units met local regulations, with foundation designs accommodating low-grade footings. Once the foundational groundwork was laid, the installation of the seven units commenced. Post-installation, decks and ramps were added, enhancing accessibility. These modular units, both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensured Yale's athletes experienced no disruption during the main facility's renovation.
