Minimal Mood brings the concept of Smarts Houses: it is a completely automated modular house, built in a clean, efficient and waste-free way. It has capitation of solar energy and rainwater. The project has an integrated kitchen with living room, a suite, balconies with barbecue and service area. The focus is to present a comfortable residence, with a high standard of finish and the best products on the market, with the advantage of being able to be replicated anywhere. The project can be modulated and expanded with other drawings. The materials that were used in the modules are Steel frame structure with exterior finishing of ACM panels, interior finishing of plywood and core of thermoacoustic insulation.

Technical Innovation & Sustainability

Our inspiration came from the concept of Smarts Houses (it is a completely automated modular house, built in a clean, efficient and waste-free way. It has capitation of solar energy and rainwater). The clean and sophisticated design and the minimalist concept are present in the forms and materials that make up the project, which aims to be as integrated as possible with defined environments. The main challenge was to demonstrate how it is possible to live with less without losing quality of life, convenience, comfort and style. Based on its concept of Smart House, this module was made to be able to be replicated in different places in the world and can even be increased or decreased according to customer demand.
