VBC Chooses MAESTRO SMART 9 HP
Volumetric Building Companies (VBC), a global leader in the construction sector with a focus on building the future through volumetric modular techniques, chose the Maestro Smart 9 Heat Pump as their ideal comfort solution to heat and cool their modular housing project in Philadelphia, PA consisting of 60 modular housing units. Olimpia Splendid’s Maestro unit was coupled with custom-made rectangular grilles (PN: B1026) that were custom-painted in 3 different colors to match the housing exterior. Furthermore, Olimpia Splendid proposed that VBC upgrade its controls to the Venstar Color Touch thermostat (PN:B1023), allowing for optimal comfort control.
The modular housing segment is the ideal application where the Maestro Series equipment allows for “Beautiful Outside” with NO outdoor unit and “Comfortable Inside” with a Made in Italy design.
Olimpia Splendid USA is happy to introduce the NEW Maestro Smart design, which will be available and in stock starting the first week of September in both the Fair Lawn, NJ, and our NEW Tacoma, WA warehouses. The performance will remain the same, as it is simply a design change of the front cabinet. Specs sheets for the new model are available now.
