    We created this brochure to achieve two key objectives: Raise awareness of Skender’s new, integrated modular building capability, and educate our target audiences about the modular process and its advantages. Secondary objectives were to help our existing customers understand that modular allows high design, full customization, and versatility for various applications.
  7. Effect on Sales, Visits, or Inquiries
    The brochure is a powerful tool in our marketing toolkit and has been reprinted multiple times. It is regularly used and referenced by all stakeholders. It’s difficult to isolate the impact of this brochure alone; however, as part of an integrated marketing campaign, the results it has generated have been phenomenal. The brochure was unveiled during our factory launch week, which featured two events, dozens of factory tours and almost 1000 guests to the factory, including the Mayor of Chicago, the head of the local carpenters’ union and countless C-suite executives. Since launch, the brochure has been widely circulated and has helped generate hundreds of leads, visits, and inquiries.
