The story expresses the key value proposition that building offsite will bring to a project and why it was critical to this NYC neighborhood and Gotham Health to have a new facility to treat patients up and running sooner. This video illustrates how through the modular process, the Vanderbilt Family Health Clinic is erected on site in an incredible 6 days – something conventional methods could not accomplish. The ability to accelerate a schedule is also underscored as being in part the result of a long-term and trust-based relationship between Axis and NRB, as a seamless and streamlined workflow from factory to construction site is created.

Direct impacts on our business however, include increased popularity at trade shows where attendees stop for longer periods of time to view the show as the visual activity captures instant curiosity, allowing us to engage in conversation more readily. Sending the video out to potential clients or posting on our website helps validate our claims as a video case study.
