    The objective of this video was to communicate the benefits of modular construction to those affected by natural disasters. We wanted to share the specific benefits of speed to occupancy as well as an alternative to traditional construction. We hope that the testimonials shared in this video will help others to not only realize the advantages to using modular construction, but also that there are people in our industry that truly want to help bring normal life back to those effected by natural disasters. For those that have lost everything due to a storm or other natural disaster, trust can be a hard thing to share; especially when they aren’t sure where to turn.     Disaster preparedness can be a hard topic for discussion. Many people assume it can’t or won’t happen to them; it is something that happens to other people. So, preparing for a disaster of any kind is not top of mind for most. This video is used in our marketing strategy in order to raise awareness of the importance of disaster preparedness and having a plan if something happens. It is posted on our YouTube channel and linked through several email marketing campaigns. In the spring, we will start another campaign to further communicate the importance of having a disaster recovery plan and this video will be one that we use to highlight this communication.
