- Entry Objective

We put a lot of effort into creating crane set events where prospective developers and GCs come to see the process first hand. Once a prospective sees it for themselves, they are converted to the process. The goal of this video was to bridge the gap for people who are hesitant to commit. The video gives them a taste of what they can expect at the event, provides satisfied testimonials, and teaches a little more about the modular process. We knew the message to developers would have the greatest impact if delivered by their peers, so testimonies from attendees at the event were a crucial element. Though this event showed some of the adverse conditions we face on site, it brought out great comments and turned into a very useful marketing piece.
- Effect on Sales, Visits, or Inquiries
Though we have yet to campaign this video on a mass scale, we’ve seen great responses in presentations we have done in one-on-one client meetings. The one-on-one and small group distribution is having a significant and positive impact and driving more clients to ask, “When is the next event?” An additional yet unintended benefit from the piece is in encouraging developers on current projects to join in and co-host similar events at their job sites. Arguably the most exciting and visually appealing part of modular construction is watching a crane lift a box. This video has successfully helped us relate that experience and encourage others to join in.
