    We revised our brochures to more succinctly present our message. In order to service our unique client base, we leveraged pictures from previous projects. From the subtlety of the cover image showing respect for culture and relationships, the client is introduced to an approach, as much as a product. We show 3 separate offerings; Housing, Community Facilities, and Commercial Development and how we have assisted other clients successfully. Highlighting past projects demonstrates the expertise and experience that we bring to the table and plants the seeds of potential engagement in future. Once needs are identified, we have a set of detailed brochures to further interest our audience. The housing specific brochure allows a greater level of detail to be introduced to the client further highlighting our abilities. Finally, inserts with specific project details allows us to customize the package. We are able to quickly update for technical developments, pricing changes, or tailored message.

    We have utilized these new marketing brochures at several housing seminars and general commercial development conferences with great success. The brochure provides an excellent backdrop for an engaged conversation with potential clients while still providing enough information to those that we don’t speak to directly. By introducing the 3 specific offerings on a single document we allow for multiple client engagements based on their needs. With the detailed Housing brochure we can drive clients toward a more specific interest point. The Housing series of documents have been the most successful as they effective narrow clients’ interests and allow immediate focus to a specific offering.
