The building features 30 studios and 10 one-bedroom units with 18,140 sq ft of modular space. This sustainable living community located in one of Denver’s most fashionable neighborhoods, attracts young professionals and empty-nesters alike by offering high walkability to restaurants, shops, running and biking trails, public transit, and easy accessibility via bike or bus to downtown Denver, light rail and countless other community amenities. A roof-top deck offers breathtaking views of downtown’s core and the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the mountain peaks. The first-level parking provides quick and easy access to tenant vehicles that are protected from the elements.

  2. Technical Innovation & Sustainability

    iUnit@Eliot Flats was built with cutting-edge technology and sustainable building practices that allow tenants to take action and make smart living choices in their daily lives. Some of the technology includes Bluetooth speakers, built in wireless charging stations, Nest® thermostats, and smart water meter and energy use monitoring. The building interacts with tenants by allowing them to monitor energy and water consumption via a smartphone application, which also provides the ability to pay rent and make maintenance requests.

    With skyrocketing construction costs in the Denver area, the iUNIT team turned to modular construction to offer a high-quality, modern living community at an affordable price.
