    To capture and convey the message - challenge the conventional in just over 2 minutes of incredible visual photography from stills to time lapse video and drone technology – without the use of a narrator. We are able to illustrate the story of how a GC and a modular company work together seamlessly to create a permanent medical building moving from a plant in PA to a ready site in NYC quickly and efficiently with significantly less on-site time, disruption and activity. Carefully placed GoPro cameras rigged to cranes combined with the video and drones tell the full story of the alternative construction process so at a glance, the viewer can grasp the unique differences and benefits in project delivery. We emphasize speed with time lapse and drones, attention to detail and safety with hand held cameras, pan through the finished building to show high levels of quality and finish and end with the original design rendering to final building comparison showing how the vision is realized.

    In today’s digital and internet world, this type of production once released on websites, YouTube or to media often goes viral and so there is a cascading effect beyond the potential intended purpose of creating brand and business awareness through website, tradeshows etc. Direct impacts on our business however, include increased popularity at trade shows where attendees stop for longer periods of time to view the show as the visual activity captures instant curiosity, allowing us to engage in conversation more readily. Sending the video out to potential clients or posting on our website helps validate our claims as a video case study.
