Architectural Excellence
As a part of their growing plan, our client Banco Provincia needed to deploy at the same time several branches in different industrial parks across the Buenos Aires province. These industrial parks strategically located and with easy route access, are always full of production & logistics plants with many employees to be served by Banco Provincia from these units. All units kept the institutional image pattern and branding of the bank and were designed and built to provide a full array of consumer banking services, ATM, and meeting rooms. The overall façade was done with vinyl-coated aluminum composite panels of 4mm thickness and we used double laminated glass for all exterior windows. About finishing, interior flooring was done in porcelain tiles and the ceiling was done with detachable fiberglass panels.
Technical Innovation & Sustainability
The materialization of this construction was resolved in two modules of 12,20 F by 45,66 f good enough to accommodate all the Bank requirements. The critical challenge for the whole project was to design and build in accordance with the Argentine Central Bank standard requirements and protocols. The Bank was also design allowing a maximum day light entrance in order to diminish energy consumption. And we used recycled materials for the exterior deck and eco friendly materials for interior finishing.
Cost Effectiveness
The construction schedule was reduced by as much as 85% against other available building systems, saving significant costs in labor, mobilization and demobilization. By using eco friendly materials and designing the project to maximize day light entrance we achieved saving both on initial investments and further regular expenses such as electricity, maintenance, cleaning, etc.
