Hensel-Phelps teams with Warrior Group on modular, multi-level, leeds certifiable military housing
Warrior Group was awarded the Ft. Carson project for Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) by Hensel-Phelps Construction Company. Modular Building Techniques Establish State-of-the-Art Dialysis Treatment Centers in Record Time. As seen in Renal Business Today
Modular construction is proving to be an outstanding choice for many outpatient medical services. Modular building differs from traditional building methods because specific scopes of work occur simultaneously rather than in sequence, reducing the overall time to completion. Today, many dialysis treatment facility planners are opting to take the accelerated, or concurrent, construction route as it not only yields a faster time to occupancy, but offers significant financial benefits over the life of the building as well as flexibility.

Dispelling the Myths of Modular Construction.
As seen in Buildings Magazine

Commercial modular construction is an accelerated form of construction that provides quality buildings in a reduced timeframe. Most people are familiar with the time advantages of modular construction - buildings can be delivered in as little as half the time of site-built construction - but many myths still persist . . .
